The control of the Wisconsin State Senate will be determined by a recount. “The Right to Vote” author Alexandar Kayssar posted an editorial on voter suppression in Harvard Magazine. Tension mounted in Egypt as the announcement of the results of last weekend’s election were delayed while challenges were reviewed and Libya will be the latest of the Arab Spring countries to hold elections.
