The scheme involved duping people to walk away from the voting computer before finishing their selections, then changing their choices, said White, the Democratic judge in a precinct in Manchester.
White said she stole more than 100 votes that election.

In its memorandum of law, Dominion argues that the Board of Elections ignored procurement laws and procedures and established its own procurement process that did not make clear the criteria for selection. We can all agree that military and overseas voters deserve the best opportunity to cast a timely vote. However, systems in place need to be secure and verifiable. Senate Bill 6238 and House Bill 2483, which allow fax and e-mail of voted ballots , achieve neither. A more sensible approach would be to follow the new federal requirement providing for the electronic transmission of blank ballots, but not voted ballots.

Canada: Townships hone in on electronic voting

EMC News Area voters will have the opportunity to cast their ballots from the comfort of their own homes in the upcoming election, after five local townships agreed to make use of an electronic voting service provider.
North Dundas council approved a proposal by Intelivote, as recommended by township clerk Jo-Anne McCaslin, which will allow voters to make their choices by telephone or over the Internet.
In addition to North Dundas, the townships of North Stormont, South Dundas, South Stormont and South Glengarry are to make use of the system.
