The New South Wales Electoral Commission has been ordered by a Sydney court to hand over all the information it has about the alleged sabotage of votes for Pauline Hanson.
The One Nation founder has lodged a petition in the Court of Disputed Returns after her failed bid to win a seat in the state’s Legislative Council at the March election.
Ms Hanson missed out on a seat by just over 1,300 votes after being in a winning position until the final distribution of preferences.
She says she was told by electoral commission staff members that 1,200 votes for her were improperly counted.
In court today lawyers for Ms Hanson sought to prevent the whistleblower staff members being publicly named.
