Preliminary results of the poll showed that 98.5 percent of voters approved the changes proposed by King Mohammed.
But the opposition say this figure was inflated and alleged irregularities in the voting procedures.
Protesters in the capital Rabat said the number of people who joined the demonstration proved the votes could not have been as one sided as the results suggest.
